Relaxing and pleasant stay

This apartment takes the atmosphere from the old town inside. The view into the patio is beautiful and you are welcomed with a lovely hallway. It has everything you would need for a nice holiday in split. We loved the location since it is in the old town and you have lots of places to eat or drink nearby. The hosts were really nice and helpful. The apartment was really clean. The kitchen itself was completely equipped which is perfect if you want to cook for yourself. We would definitely recommend and revisit.

Exceptional

Both of the hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming people and know a lot about the area. They make sure you have a nice and pleasant stay and make sure you get to know your way around te city. They even offered us a ride to the airport for a reasonable price in wich Baldo told us a lot about the history of the region. This turned the airport shuttle ride into a full fletched tour. We loved it! Definitely would recommend!!

Location, location, location!

Loved, loved staying in the old historic building. Everything was right outside your door! Loved the old architecture and quaint feeling of the space! The owner was very helpful with all our questions and concerns. He met us at the cab stop before entering the old castle grounds. And a good thing he did ! We never would have found the place! It is like an enormous maze! The room was adequate for our needs and very clean.

I really have no complaints except I wish the shower was a bit bigger.

The location was perfect! Right in the middle of everything for shops and restaurants. So easy to get around old town. The property manager was also exceptional.

Amazing location right in the centre of the old town. The apartment was lovely, clean and cosy but the best thing about our stay was the host. Baldo was really passionate about the city and recommended things to see and bars to go to. He was really engaging and interesting. I can't recommend staying here enough, in all our travels this is the best place we've stayed with the best welcome.

Adorable, Clean and centrally located!

We spent a lovely week here in the Studio Apt. The apt was SPOTLESS, with very well working AC unit (perfect for the hot July afternoons) plus an outfitted kitchen plus a fridge/freezer. Additionally it had a TV, a very clean and made up Queen bed, table and 2 chairs. It was just the right size for my bf and I. Our hosts were wonderful, very accommodating and provided anything we needed (additional linens etc). We would recommend you ask for them to arrange airport transfer (for a fee). After a flight, getting to the Palace and navigating the area can be difficult, you’ll want a guide! The Palace is gorgeous and it feels very special to be staying in the heart of it. We found the apt to be very quiet at night, and very centrally located, we walked everywhere. There is also a wonderful coffee shop immediately downstairs, which makes getting an early morning coffee that much easier. We loved Baldo & Nikolena and found them to be kind and generous hosts.

The Palace is a bit of a labyrinth and Maps isn’t always helpful, be patient and enjoy the wander.

Best location possible

The best location possible. Walking distance to everything and we had some day trip excursions booked early so having a short walk was perfect for this. The hosts were incredibly helpful and assisted in our delayed check in time and held our bags for us on the last day. Don’t bother with Bacivce beach, visit Kasjuni beach instead - so worth the trek or bus

Perfect

Very clean, nicely decorated, convenient location. I would have liked to stay another day. We appreciate the host let us leave our 2 backpacks there during the day, before our late afternoon train.

It's not a big problem, but we did not understand to walk upstairs and knock on both doors having a name plate.

Wonderful stay

The apartment is in the old town everything and is 1 to 2 minutes walk away from there. The host made us feel very welcome and helped us in every way possible. They were always available. I will recommend staying there to have an easy and wonderful trip.

A great place, central to everything in Split.

Extremely well located in the Old Town, and close to the main bus terminal. Large space and well maintained. For the lover of food/drink, apartment surrounded by bar/coffee culture. The provider was extremely friendly and helpful.
